Scoreboard della Commissione UE sulle procedure di notifica previste dalla Direttiva sulla trasparenza del mercato unico e dalla Direttiva sui servizi

La Commissione UE pubblica lo scoreboard relativo al periodo ottobre 2024 – settembre 2025, da cui risulta che: ‘the number of notifications in the framework of the Services Directive remains low and several Member States (11) have not notified any requirements during the 2025 reporting period. The Commission is working on several actions to use the full potential of the notification mechanisms of the two Directives, in line with the Single Market Strategy’.
Quanto all’Italia non risultano trasmesse notifiche.
